Members
This comprehensive member management system allows owners to handle all aspects of member accounts, from basic information to advanced billing features. Manage active and inactive members with powerful filtering, bulk actions, and detailed member profiles.
Membership Levels
The Membership Levels section allows you to define the different types of subscriptions or plans available to members in your organization. Each level controls pricing, billing interval, and visibility within the member portal.
Agreements
Agreement templates define the waivers or contracts your members must agree to before activating their membership. Each agreement must be associated with at least one membership level — otherwise, users in that level will not be prompted to sign any agreement.
Discount Codes
The Discount Codes section allows you to create and manage promotional codes that members can apply during registration or membership signup. Discounts can be percentage-based or fixed dollar amounts, and can be restricted to specific membership levels.
Achievements
The achievement system lets you create visual badges that track member progress toward goals. Staff manually mark segments complete as members hit milestones — no automation, just a simple way to recognize effort and keep members engaged.
Certificates
Certificates are automatically generated when a member is marked as attended for a class. Each certificate is a branded PDF. For classes that have Sync completion to ManageRegister ticked, members are emailed their certificate in the normal attendance workflows, except with Mark Past as Attended, which creates certificates without sending emails. Members can also find all of their certificates at any time on the My Certificates page in the member portal.
Sub-Accounts
ManageMemberships supports two types of linked accounts: Bundle Accounts and Sub-Accounts.
Walk-In Queue
The Walk-In Queue manages customers waiting for service at your facility. It supports two queue types — Shooting and Safety Briefing — and is managed through ManageRegister as the source of truth.
Membership Widget
The Membership Widget lets you embed your membership options directly on any external website — your Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or custom site. Visitors see your plans, pricing, and descriptions without leaving your page, and click Sign Up to go straight to your portal registration.
Points & Leaderboard
Reward members for showing up. Members earn points automatically for check-ins and class attendance, staff can award points manually, and a leaderboard turns the whole thing into a friendly competition.
Class Credits & Packs
Every batch of class credits a member receives is tracked as its own pack, with its own size and its own expiration date. A member holding a 10-session punch card and a 4-class monthly allowance has two separate packs — and each one expires on its own schedule instead of being merged into a single pool.
