Custom Fields
The Custom Fields section allows you to define additional data fields that are collected during member registration. These fields appear on the member signup form and can be used to gather information specific to your business needs.
Dashboard Widgets
The Dashboard Widgets page lets you choose which widgets appear on your owner dashboard and which are hidden. Each widget is a self-contained panel — you can show only the data you care about and declutter the rest.
Digital Cards
Your business can offer members a digital membership card that they can store in their Apple Wallet or Google Pay. These cards are fully branded with your logo, colors, and optional footer design.
Doors
If your business uses one or more of our Access Control Systems, this section allows you to manage and monitor your connected doors.
Equipment
The Equipment section gives you a full inventory management and maintenance tracking system for your gym's equipment. It lives under Settings → Equipment and is split into three areas: the equipment registry, the maintenance log per item, and equipment categories.
Homepage Builder
The Homepage Builder lets you design a fully custom public homepage for your portal with a drag-and-drop editor — no coding required. Visitors who aren't logged in will see your custom page; logged-in members continue to see the standard member homepage.
Marketplace
The Marketplace is where you turn optional features, called add-ons, on or off for your gym. Nothing changes for your gym until you turn an add-on on, and each gym chooses for itself.
Portal Navigation
The Portal Navigation section allows you to customize the navigation menu on your member-facing portal. You can add links to external pages, internal resources, or organize items into dropdown menus.

Privacy Controls
Privacy Controls let you restrict which resources and trainers are visible to different user types. When enabled, you can set per-resource visibility and hide sensitive staff from member-facing pages. A separate setting lets you hide why a resource is blocked from regular staff.
Product Settings
The Product Settings section allows you to manage your product catalog, including items synced from ManageRegister and manually added products. You can control inventory, pricing, visibility, and stock tracking from this page.
Staff
You can invite additional users to help manage your business through the Staff section of your dashboard. Each staff member has a defined role that controls what they can access and do in the system.
Store Orders
The Store Orders section allows you to view and manage orders placed through your portal's product store. You can filter orders, track fulfillment status, and manage shipping details.
Trainer Availability
This section allows you to configure when trainers are available to be assigned to classes. It's essential for ensuring that classes are only scheduled when trainers are actually free, avoiding conflicts and no-shows.
Triggers
The Triggers section allows you to set up automated actions that respond to member behavior or run on a schedule. Triggers can send text messages or emails based on conditions you define.
Sending Addresses
Sending Addresses controls who your CRM emails come from. Instead of every email coming from your gym's general address, each staff member can send as themselves, like harmon@yourgym.com, and replies go straight back to them.
