Marketplace

The Marketplace is where you turn optional features, called add-ons, on or off for your gym. Nothing changes for your gym until you turn an add-on on, and each gym chooses for itself.

Opening the Marketplace​

Go to Settings → Marketplace.

Only owners and managers can use it. Staff and accountants don't see the link and can't open the page.

Turning an Add-on On or Off​

Each add-on is a card showing its name, a short description, its version, and an On or Off badge.

  1. Click Enable on an add-on that is Off, or Disable on one that is On.
  2. A confirmation box asks you to confirm, for example Turn Training on for your gym? Click Turn on (or Turn off), or click Cancel to leave it as it is.
  3. The page reloads and shows a message such as Training is now on.

Changes apply to everyone at your gym.

The Add-ons Menu​

When at least one add-on is on, an Add-ons menu appears in the owner menu, after Calendar. It holds the links for the add-ons you have turned on, and each person only sees the links they are allowed to use.

If every add-on is off, the Add-ons menu isn't shown.

Turning an Add-on Off​

Turning an add-on off hides its pages for everyone at your gym. Nothing is deleted. The add-on's data is kept, and it comes back when you turn the add-on on again.

  • Training: coaches build programs and assign them to clients, and members log their workouts.
