Financial Transactions
You can view all incoming payments, fees, and net totals for your gym using the Financial Transactions report. This tool allows you to analyze your revenue with filtering and export capabilities.
Sales Tax
The Sales Tax report shows how much sales tax you collected through ManageMemberships over any period, with your sales split into taxable and non-taxable. Use it when you file your sales tax return.
Last Checked In
You can view which members haven’t checked in since a specific date using the Last Checked In report.
Subscriptions
This report helps you see which members are subscribed to a specific membership level, including both their main subscription and any add-ons they’ve purchased.
Paused Members
The Paused Members report lists every member whose subscription is currently paused, so you can see who is paused, until when, and what the pause is costing them. Open it from Reports → Admin → Paused members.
Event Registration
The Event Registration report allows you to view registrations for your events, see who has signed up, and manually add attendees.
Membership Changes
The Membership Changes report tracks new signups, cancellations, and other membership status changes over time. It helps you understand growth trends and identify patterns in member churn.
Check-in Report
The Check-In Report allows you to view and analyze member attendance across your classes.
Bulk Check-In
The Bulk Check-In page is the fastest way to check a whole class in at once — pick the class, date, and time, then just type names. It's ideal for taking attendance after a class ends, catching up on a missed day, or working the front desk during a rush.
Class Registrations
The Class Registrations page allows owners and administrators to view class bookings, see which members are registered for each timeslot, manually add bookings for users who did not register themselves, print a sign-in roster, and keep a staff note against any individual session.
Class Calendar
The Class Calendar report allows owners and administrators to see upcoming classes on a visual calendar, filter by specific classes, and view who is registered for each event. You can quickly check rosters and open the Class Registrations report for more details or to manually add attendees.
Resource Report
The Resource Report shows bookings and usage data for your resources (rooms, equipment, facilities).
Trainer Reports
The Trainer Reports page gives you a performance breakdown for each trainer on your team — sessions taught, total bookings, revenue generated, attendance rate, and a per-session drill-down.
Door Access
The Door Access report shows a log of all door access events — both successful scans and denied attempts. This helps you monitor facility usage, track member attendance, and investigate security events.
Presence Analytics
The Presence Analytics report provides insights into member visit patterns by combining data from check-ins, door access logs, and GPS activity. It compares this week's activity against last week to identify trends.
Time Clock Audits
The Time Clock Audits report provides a history of all timesheet-related activity including clock-ins, shift changes, time-off requests, and staff availability updates.
Waiver Compliance
The Waiver Compliance report helps you track which members have signed required agreements and identify compliance gaps, especially around bookings and activities.
Birthday Report
The Birthday Report helps you find members with upcoming birthdays so you can send personalized messages, plan celebrations, or run birthday promotions.
Referral Report
The Referral Report tracks member referrals, showing which members have referred new signups and how those referral links are performing.
CRM Reports
The CRM Reports section provides analytics and insights on your prospect pipeline, helping you understand conversion rates, pipeline health, and sales performance.
Payouts
The Payouts report shows your Stripe Connect balance and payout history, so you can see what you're owed and what's already on its way to your bank without checking Stripe directly.
