The Presence Analytics report provides insights into member visit patterns by combining data from check-ins, door access logs, and GPS activity. It compares this week's activity against last week to identify trends.

Metrics​

  • Unique Visitors - Number of distinct members who visited (this week vs last week)
  • Average Dwell Time - How long members typically stay
  • Total Activities - Combined check-ins, door scans, and GPS-detected visits

Chart View​

A visual comparison chart shows daily activity for the current week overlaid against the previous week, making it easy to spot patterns and changes in member behavior.

Activity Breakdown​

The report breaks down activity by data source:

  • GPS Only - Members detected via GPS proximity
  • Door Only - Members who scanned in at a door
  • Full Participation - Members who checked in to classes or activities
