Events
The Events section allows you to create, manage, and register for special events such as seminars, workshops, or tournaments. You can now register through your account or be directed to an external site if the event uses an outside registration process.
Classes
The Classes section allows you to define and manage the types of classes or private sessions your organization offers. This includes standing weekly classes, appointment-based sessions, and any other structured offerings.
Packages
Packages are time-based bookable sessions that bundle one or more resources together under a single price. Common uses: private range time, equipment rentals, guided sessions, event packages, one-on-one instruction blocks.
Resources
The Resources section allows you to define and manage rentable or schedulable resources like rooms, equipment, or facilities. These can be set up with availability rules, pricing, duration, and optional trainer requirements.
Instructors Page
Your member portal includes a public Instructors page that showcases your training staff. Members (and guests) can browse trainer profiles and see what classes each trainer teaches.
Schedule Widget
The Schedule Widget lets you embed your class schedule directly into any external website — Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or anywhere else that accepts an ``. Members can browse and book classes without ever leaving your own site.
