Waitlist Responses
The Waitlist Responses section shows all submissions from waitlist interest forms embedded in your blog posts and pages using the {{topic}} tag syntax.
Overview
When visitors or members fill out a waitlist interest form on your portal, their responses are collected here. Each response includes:

| Name | The respondent's name |
| Their email address | |
| Phone | Their phone number |
| Topic | The interest topic they signed up for (matches the tag used in the blog post or page) |
| Message | Any message they included |
| Created At | When the response was submitted |
Filtering
Use the Topic filter to narrow responses to a specific interest area. Topics are automatically populated based on the tags you've used in your content.
Using Waitlist Data
Waitlist responses can be targeted directly from Text Campaigns and Email Campaigns using the Wait Lists option, allowing you to send messages to people interested in specific topics.
